Nicholas Nethercote	8ff624a9f2	Clean up rustc_*/Cargo.toml. ... - Sort dependencies and features sections. - Add `tidy` markers to the sorted sections so they stay sorted. - Remove empty `[lib`] sections. - Remove "See more keys..." comments.
