cursor: remove usage of wlr_output_cursor_set_image()

Stop using wlr_output_cursor_set_image() because it's getting
dropped. Instead, use wlr_output_cursor_set_buffer().

This mirrors what wlr_output_cursor_set_image() is doing
under-the-hood.
