* Descriptor set revamp

* Fix tests

* Fix examples

* Add `DescriptorSet::update_unchecked`

* Fix docs

* Add `Debug` impls

* Add `DescriptorSet::update_by_ref[_unchecked]`

* Rename `UnsafeDescriptorSet` to `RawDescriptorSet`

* Fix outdated docs for `DescriptorPool`
