Refactor unwind in MIR
This makes unwinding from current `Option<BasicBlock>` into
```rust
enum UnwindAction {
Continue,
Cleanup(BasicBlock),
Unreachable,
Terminate,
}
```

This directory contains some source code for the Rust project, including:
