Nicholas Nethercote ed95f397cf Always use G for EmissionGuarantee type variables.
That's what is mostly used. This commit changes a few `EM` and `E` and
`T` type variables to `G`.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
