Nicholas Nethercote d20b1a8f6b Set capacity of the string passed to push_item_name. 
Other callsites already do this, but these two were missed. This avoids
some allocations.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
