Allows `#[diagnostic::on_unimplemented]` attributes to have multiple notes This commit extends the `#[diagnostic::on_unimplemented]` (and `#[rustc_on_unimplemented]`) attributes to allow multiple `note` options. This enables emitting multiple notes for custom error messages.
