bjorn3 a5fa12b6b9 Avoid wrapping constant allocations in packed structs when not necessary 
This way LLVM will set the string merging flag if the alloc is a nul
terminated string, reducing binary sizes.

README.md

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
