Noratrieb a26450cf81 Rename target triple to target tuple in many places in the compiler 
This changes the naming to the new naming, used by `--print
target-tuple`.
It does not change all locations, but many.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
