Nilstrieb 72c917d4be debuginfo: Get pointer size/align from tcx.data_layout instead of layout_of 
This avoids some type interning and a query execution. It also just
makes the code simpler.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
