Extend `unused_must_use` to cover block exprs
Given code like
```rust
#[must_use]
fn foo() -> i32 {
42
}
fn warns() {
{
foo();
}
}
fn does_not_warn() {
{
foo()
};
}
fn main() {
warns();
does_not_warn();
}
```
