Zalathar 4169d0f756 Narrow trait CoverageInfoBuilderMethods down to just one method 
This effectively inlines most of `FunctionCx::codegen_coverage` into the LLVM
implementation of `CoverageInfoBuilderMethods`.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
