Michael Woerister 171d8a3f57 [debuginfo] Don't mark fields and types as artificial in CPP-like enum debuginfo encoding. 
LLDB historically has had problems with "artificial" entries and there
is no real benefit to emitting that flag.

The codegen crate contains the code to convert from MIR into LLVM IR, and then from LLVM IR into machine code. In general it contains code that runs towards the end of the compilation process.
