Nicholas Nethercote 119fbd32dc Improve terminology in elaborate_drops.rs. ... It uses `MaybeInitializedPlaces` and `MaybeUninitializedPlaces`, but calls the results `live` and `dead`. This is very confusing given that there are also analyses called `MaybeLiveLocals` and `MaybeStorageLive` and `MaybeStorageDead`.
