Stabilize offset_of_nested

Tracking issue #120140. Closes #120140.

As the FCP is now nearing its end I have opened a stabilization PR. I have done this separately to the offset_of_enum feature, since that FCP has not started.

Extend rules of dead code analysis for impls for adts to impls for types refer to adts

The rules of dead code analysis for impl blocks can be extended to self types which refer to adts.

So that we can lint the following unused struct and trait:
```rust
struct Foo; //~ ERROR struct `Foo` is never constructed
trait Trait { //~ ERROR trait `Trait` is never used
    fn foo(&self) {}
}
impl Trait for &Foo {}
```

Implement lint against ambiguous negative literals

This PR implements a lint against ambiguous negative literals with a literal and method calls right after it.

## `ambiguous_negative_literals`

(deny-by-default)

The `ambiguous_negative_literals` lint checks for cases that are confusing between a negative literal and a negation that's not part of the literal.

### Example

```rust,compile_fail
-1i32.abs(); // equals -1, while `(-1i32).abs()` equals 1
```

### Explanation

Method calls take precedence over unary precedence. Setting the precedence explicitly makes the code clearer and avoid potential bugs.

<details>
<summary>Old proposed lint</summary>

## `ambiguous_unary_precedence`

(deny-by-default)

The `ambiguous_unary_precedence` lint checks for use the negative unary operator with a literal and method calls.

### Example

```rust
-1i32.abs(); // equals -1, while `(-1i32).abs()` equals 1
```

### Explanation

Unary operations take precedence on binary operations and method calls take precedence over unary precedence. Setting the precedence explicitly makes the code clearer and avoid potential bugs.

</details>

Note: This is a strip down version of https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/117161, without the binary op precedence.

Replace ASCII control chars with Unicode Control Pictures

Replace ASCII control chars like `CR` with Unicode Control Pictures like `␍`:

```
error: bare CR not allowed in doc-comment
  --> $DIR/lex-bare-cr-string-literal-doc-comment.rs:3:32
   |
LL | /// doc comment with bare CR: '␍'
   |                                ^
```

Centralize the checking of unicode char width for the purposes of CLI display in one place. Account for the new replacements. Remove unneeded tracking of "zero-width" unicode chars, as we calculate these in the `SourceMap` as needed now.

2d7795dfb9 Be more accurate about calculating display_col from a BytePos
No longer track "zero-width" chars in `SourceMap`, read directly from the line when calculating the `display_col` of a `BytePos`. Move `char_width` to `rustc_span` and use it from the emitter.

This change allows the following to properly align in terminals (depending on the font, the replaced control codepoints are rendered as 1 or 2 width, on my terminal they are rendered as 1, on VSCode text they are rendered as 2):

```
Support tail calls in mir via `TerminatorKind::TailCall`
This is one of the interesting bits in tail call implementation — MIR support.
This adds a new `TerminatorKind` which represents a tail call:
```rust
    TailCall {
        func: Operand<'tcx>,
        args: Vec<Operand<'tcx>>,
        fn_span: Span,
    },
```
*Structurally* this is very similar to a normal `Call` but is missing a few fields:
- `destination` — tail calls don't write to destination, instead they pass caller's destination to the callee (such that eventual `return` will write to the caller of the function that used tail call)
- `target` — similarly to `destination` tail calls pass the caller's return address to the callee, so there is nothing to do
- `unwind` — I _think_ this is applicable too, although it's a bit confusing
- `call_source` — `become` forbids operators and is not created as a lowering of something else; tail calls always come from HIR (at least for now)
It might be helpful to read the interpreter implementation to understand what `TailCall` means exactly, although I've tried documenting it too.
There are a few `FIXME`-questions still left, ideally we'd be able to answer them during review ':)
Improve dead code analysis
Fixes #120770
1. check impl items later if self ty is private although the trait method is public, cause we must use the ty firstly if it's private
2. mark the adt live if it appears in pattern, like generic argument, this implies the use of the adt
3. based on the above, we can handle the case that private adts impl Default, so that we don't need adding rustc_trivial_field_reads on Default, and the logic in should_ignore_item
Let's `#[expect]` some lints: Stabilize `lint_reasons` (RFC 2383)
Let's give this another try! The [previous stabilization attempt](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/99063) was stalled by some unresolved questions. These have been discussed in a [lang team](https://github.com/rust-lang/lang-team/issues/191) meeting. The last open question, regarding the semantics of the `#[expect]` attribute was decided on in https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/115980
I've just updated the [stabilization report](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/54503#issuecomment-1179563964) with the discussed questions and decisions. Luckily, the decision is inline with the current implementation.
This hopefully covers everything. Let's hope that the CI will be green like the spring.
It was a mistake to try to shoehorn const blocks and some specific anon consts into the same box and feed them during typeck. It turned out not simplifying anything (my hope was that we could feed `type_of` to start avoiding the huge HIR matcher, but that didn't work out), but instead making a few things more fragile.
A small diagnostic improvement for dropping_copy_types
For a value `m`  which implements `Copy` trait, `drop(m);` does nothing.
We now suggest user to ignore it by a abstract and general note: `let _ = ...`.
I think we can give a clearer note here: `let _ = m;`
The old name, `from_exposed_addr`, makes little sense as it's not the address that is exposed, it's the provenance. (`ptr.expose_addr()` stays unchanged as we haven't found a better option yet. The intended interpretation is "expose the provenance and return the address".)
The new name nicely matches `ptr::without_provenance`.
Split an item bounds and an item's super predicates
This is the moral equivalent of #107614, but instead for predicates this applies to **item bounds**. This PR splits out the item bounds (i.e. *all* predicates that are assumed to hold for the alias) from the item *super predicates*, which are the subset of item bounds which share the same self type as the alias.
## Why?
Much like #107614, there are places in the compiler where we *only* care about super-predicates, and considering predicates that possibly don't have anything to do with the alias is problematic. This includes things like closure signature inference (which is at its core searching for `Self: Fn(..)` style bounds), but also lints like `#[must_use]`, error reporting for aliases, computing type outlives predicates.
Even in cases where considering all of the `item_bounds` doesn't lead to bugs, unnecessarily considering irrelevant bounds does lead to a regression (#121121) due to doing extra work in the solver.
## Example 1 - Trait Aliases
This is best explored via an example:
```
type TAIT<T> = impl TraitAlias<T>;

trait TraitAlias<T> = A + B where T: C;
```
The item bounds list for `Tait<T>` will include:
* `Tait<T>: A`
* `Tait<T>: B`
* `T: C`
While `item_super_predicates` query will include just the first two predicates.
Side-note: You may wonder why `T: C` is included in the item bounds for `TAIT`? This is because when we elaborate `TraitAlias<T>`, we will also elaborate all the predicates on the trait.
## Example 2 - Associated Type Bounds
```
type TAIT<T> = impl Iterator<Item: A>;
```
The `item_bounds` list for `TAIT<T>` will include:
* `Tait<T>: Iterator`
* `<Tait<T> as Iterator>::Item: A`
But the `item_super_predicates` will just include the first bound, since that's the only bound that is relevant to the *alias* itself.
## So what
This leads to some diagnostics duplication just like #107614, but none of it will be user-facing. We only see it in the UI test suite because we explicitly disable diagnostic deduplication.
Regarding naming, I went with `super_predicates` kind of arbitrarily; this can easily be changed, but I'd consider better names as long as we don't block this PR in perpetuity.
Consider middle segments of paths in `unused_qualifications`
Currently `unused_qualifications` looks at the last segment of a path to see if it can be trimmed, this PR extends the check to the middle segments also
```rust
// currently linted
use std::env::args();
std::env::args(); // Removes `std::env::`
```
```rust
// newly linted
use std::env;
std::env::args(); // Removes `std::`
```
Paths with generics in them are now linted as long as the part being trimmed is before any generic args, e.g. it will now suggest trimming `std::vec::` from `std::vec::Vec<usize>`
Paths with any segments that are from an expansion are no longer linted
