c1e440a90f redesign of the interface to the unikernel HermitCore
- the old interface between HermitCore and the Rust Standard Library
based on a small C library (newlib)
- remove this interface and call directly the unikernel
- remove the dependency to the HermitCore linker
- use rust-lld as linker

Remove bitrig support from rust

Resolves #60743

using `find` and `rg` I delete every occurence of "bitrig" in the sources, expect for the llvm submodule (is this correct?).

There's also this file 5b8e99bb61/rls-analysis/test_data/rust-analysis/libstd-af9bacceee784405.json which contains a bitrig string in it. What to do with that?

e50f4eeaad Add targets for HermitCore (https://hermitcore.org) to the Rust compiler and port libstd to it.
As a start, the port uses the simplest possible configuration (no jemalloc, abort on panic)
and makes use of existing Unix-specific code wherever possible.
It adds targets for x86_64 (current main HermitCore platform) and aarch64 (HermitCore platform
under development).

Together with the patches to "liblibc" and "llvm", this enables HermitCore applications to be
written in Rust.

9bbc6dbde3 Add modifications needed for L4re in libstd
This commit adds the needed modifications to compile the std crate
for the L4 Runtime environment (L4Re).

A target for the L4Re was introduced in commit:
c151220a84

In many aspects implementations for linux also apply for the L4Re
microkernel.

Two uncommon characteristics had to be resolved:
* L4Re has no network funktionality
* L4Re has a maximum stacksize of 1Mb for threads
