38fad984c6 compiler: Use size_of from the prelude instead of imported
Use `std::mem::{size_of, size_of_val, align_of, align_of_val}` from the
prelude instead of importing or qualifying them.

These functions were added to all preludes in Rust 1.80.

7060fc8327 Replace no_ord_impl with orderable.
Similar to the previous commit, this replaces `newtype_index`'s opt-out
`no_ord_impl` attribute with the opt-in `orderable` attribute.

8bfd6450c7 A few small cleanups for newtype_index
Remove the `..` from the body, only a few invocations used it and it's
inconsistent with rust syntax.

Use `;` instead of `,` between consts. As the Rust syntax gods inteded.
