This feature requires the user to add a command that generates a
`rust-project.json` from a set of files. Project discovery can be invoked
in two ways:
1. At extension activation time, which includes the generated
`rust-project.json` as part of the linkedProjects argument in
InitializeParams
2. Through a new command titled "Add current file to workspace", which
makes use of a new, rust-analyzer specific LSP request that adds
the workspace without erasing any existing workspaces.
I think that the command-running functionality _could_ merit being
placed into its own extension (and expose it via extension contribution
points), if only provide build-system idiomatic progress reporting and
status handling, but I haven't (yet) made an extension that does this.
Fix semicolon insertion in `match_single_binding`

Also fixes an edge case for unit returning macros in expression contexts:

f(match 1 {
_ => println!("foo"),

```
would suggest
```rust
f(println!("foo"););
```
Move `Option::as_slice` to an always-sound implementation
This approach depends on CSE to not have any branches or selects when the guessed offset is correct -- which it always will be right now -- but to also be *sound* (just less efficient) if the layout algorithms change such that the guess is incorrect.
The codegen test confirms that CSE handles this as expected, leaving the optimal codegen.

Remove `box_syntax`

This removes the feature `box_syntax`, which allows the use of `box <expr>` to create a Box, and finalises removing use of the feature from the compiler. `box_patterns` (allowing the use of `box <pat>` in a pattern) is unaffected.
It also removes `ast::ExprKind::Box` - the only way to create a 'box' expression now is with the rustc-internal `#[rustc_box]` attribute.
As a temporary measure to help users move away, `box <expr>` now parses the inner expression, and emits a `MachineApplicable` lint to replace it with `Box::new`
