2 quirks in the current implementation:
* traits are not auto imported during method completion
If I understand the current situation right, we cannot search for traits by a **part** of a method name, we need a full name with correct case to get a trait for it.
* VSCode (?) autocompletion is not as rigid as in Intellij Rust as you can notice on the animation.
Intellij is able to refresh the completions on every new symbol added, yet VS Code does not query the completions on every symbol for me.
With a few debug prints placed in RA, I've observed the following behaviour: after the first set of completion suggestions is received, next symbol input does not trigger a server request, if the completions contain this symbol.
When more symbols added, the existing completion suggestions are filtered out until none are left and only then, on the next symbol it queries for completions.
It seems like the only alternative to get an updated set of results is to manually retrigger it with Esc and Ctrl + Space.
Despite the eerie latter bullet, the completion seems to work pretty fine and fast nontheless, but if you have any ideas on how to make it more smooth, I'll gladly try it out.

6524: Add support for loading rustc private crates r=matklad a=xldenis
This PR presents a solution to the problem of making`rustc_private` crates visible to `rust-analyzer`.
Currently developers add dependencies to those crates behind a `cfg(NOT_A_TARGET)` target to prevent `cargo` from building them.
This solution is unsatisfactory since it requires modifying `Cargo.toml` and causes problems for collaboration or CI.
The proposed solution suggested by @matklad is to allow users to give RA a path where the `rustc` sources could be found and then load that like a normal workspace.
This PR implements this solution by adding a `rustcSource` configuration item and adding the cargo metadata to the crate graph if it is provided.

I have no idea how this should be tested, or if this code is generally tested at all. I've locally run the extension with these changes and it correctly loads the relevant crates on a `rustc_private` project of mine.

Adds static semantic token modifier to associated functions, resolves#6194
## Info
- Associated functions are more-or-less equivalent to static methods in other languages. This PR checks, for each function, whether that function has a self_param, and whether it's enclosed in a trait/impl.
## Changes
- Added method ```is_associated``` to code_model::Function. This basically gets the source from the ast, and checks whether the enclosing scope is an impl or trait.
- Added `static` to HighlightModifiers
- Added unit test
## Tests
- Ran ```cargo test```

Also fixes a small bug in `expand_glob_import` in regards to the very nice looking `something::{*}` import when only one item was used. Before it would duplicate the path and just append it, causing the following wrong import `something::something::UsedItem`.

When we find at least one trait with the same name as the derive accessible from the current module we now generate a qualified path to that trait in the generated impl.
If we don't find any we just do what was done before and emit the trait name in the generated impl.

the syntax crate, were it logically belongs.
Note though that this is still done in an ad hoc manner -- we probably
should split kitchen sink ast::Literal into a separate APIs for
strings, ints, etc
6287: Don't replace entire module and file nodes when inserting imports r=matklad a=Veykril
This change minifies the resulting diff of import insertions by inserting or replacing the produced use tree directly through an `action` return value instead replacing the entire container node. This action has to be applied by the caller now. This unfortunately pulls the `AssistBuilder` into scope of `insert_use` back again but I tried to at least keep it away from the `insert_use` fn itself.
I'm open to more/better ideas regarding this :)

This just hints all self parameters with the `self` token, this is therefor equal to how all other parameters are displayed, but given the self param special in how its defined in a function signature it might make sense to keep the `&`/`&mut` parts as well as emitting those tokens for explict `Self` types that are taken by ref like `self: &Rc<Self>`?

Updates `module_resolution_relative_path_outside_root` test to check valid paths outside of the root, by moving the root to a subpath so that paths outside of it are possible. If this would be more appropriate as a new test, or if the original check for an invalid path should be left, I'm happy to update.

6430: Move completions rendering into a separate module r=popzxc a=popzxc
This PR extracts rendering-related things from `Completions` structure to the new `render` module.
`render` module declares a `Render` structure (which is a generic renderer interface), `RenderContext` (interface for data/methods not required for completions generating, but required for rendering), and a bunch of smaller `*Render` structures which encapsulate logic behind rendering a certain item.
This is just a step in full separation direction, since the following this are still to be done:
- Move some data from `CompletionContext` to the `RenderContext`;
- Forbid any kind of rendering outside of `render` module;
- Extract score computing into a separate module.
This PR is already pretty big, so not to make it even harder to review I decided to split this process into several subsequent PRs.

This is the last blocker for #6287 after this I can update that PR to properly fix things through using `SyntaxRewriter`.
This PR also shuffles tests around a bit and adds some more.
Ideally this is just a hack until we implement a "proper" diff algorithm that approximates a minimal diff. Maybe something like [gumtree](https://github.com/GumTreeDiff/gumtree)?

6441: Coalesce prime_caches updates r=matklad a=jonas-schievink
This reduces the number of progress bar updates we send to the client by collapsing subsequent updates into one. This doesn't work as well as I'd hoped (which is that we end up sending *no* updates, or only `start` and `end`, when the cache is already fresh), but it does reduce the number considerably: instead of ~720 updates on the rust-analyzer codebase, we now only send ~60.
It uses the same approach that is already in use for coalescing VFS events.
Hopefully this is enough to fix https://github.com/rust-analyzer/rust-analyzer/issues/6413.

Historically, we intentinally violated JSON-RPC spec here by hard
crashing. The idea was to poke both the clients and servers to fix
stuff.
However, this is confusing for server implementors, and falls down in
one important place -- protocol extension are not always backwards
compatible, which causes crashes simply due to version mismatch. We
had once such case with our own extension, and one for semantic
tokens.
So let's be less adventerous and just err on the err side!

This adds a variation of `method_resolution::implements_trait` called `method_resolution::implements_trait_unique`, that only returns true when the trait solving is unique, and also change `impls_fnonce` to use the later instead.
I also added a test just to be sure.

This PR continues the work on refactoring of the `completions` crate.
In this episode:
- Actual completions methods are encapsulated into `completions` module, so they aren't mixed with the rest of the code.
- Name duplication was removed (`complete_attribute` => `completions::attribute`, `completion_context` => `context`).
- `Completions` structure was moved from `item` module to the `completions`.
- `presentation` module was removed, as it was basically a module with `impl` for `Completions`.
- Code approaches were a bit unified here and there.

The old algorithm which used a `DetectedCase` enum, didn't match how rustc thinks of cases. Some inputs can be interpreted as more than 1 case depending on the situation. For example, to rustc:
- `ABCD`: Can be both camel case and upper snake case
- `X86_64`: Can be both camel case and upper snake case
I could've made `detect_case` return a collection of `DetectedCase` and then modified the other code as such, but I think using the same code rustc uses is simpler and a surefire way to achieve the same diagnostics as rustc.

Fixes#6300 by improving the handling of raw string literals in attribute style doc comments.
This still has a bug where it could consume too many `"` at the start or end of the comment text, just as the original code had. Not sure if we want to fix that as part of this PR or not? If so, I think I'd prefer to add a unit test for either the `as_simple_key_value` function (I'm not exactly sure where this would belong / how to set this up) or create a `fn(&SmolStr) -> &SmolStr` to unit test by factoring out the `trim` operations from `as_simple_key_value`. Thoughts on this?
6342: Shorter dependency chain r=matklad a=popzxc
Continuing implementing suggestions from the `Completion refactoring` zulip thread.
This PR does the following:
- Removes dependency of `completions` on `assists` by moving required functionality into `ide_db`.
- Moves completely `call_info` crate into `ide_db` as it looks like it fits perfect there.
- Adds a bunch of new tests and docs.
- Adds the re-export of `base_db` to the `ide_db` and removes direct dependency on `base_db` from other crates.
The last point is controversial, I guess, but I noticed that in places where `ide_db` is used, `base_db` is also *always* used. Thus I think the dependency on the `base_db` is implied by the fact of `ide_db` interfaces, and thus it makes sense to just provide `base_db` out of the box.

This PR added the `HighlightModifier::Callable` variant and assigned it to variables and parameters that are fn pointers, closures and implements FnOnce trait.
This allows to colorize these variables/parameters when used in call expression.
6310: Rewrite algo::diff to support insertion and deletion r=matklad a=Veykril
This in turn also makes `algo::diff` generate finer diffs(maybe even minimal diffs?) as insertions and deletions aren't always represented as as replacements of parent nodes now.
Required for #6287 to go on.
