rustc: remove HirId
from ArgSource::AsyncFn
This commit removes the `HirId` from `ArgSource::AsyncFn`, relying on the fact that only `simple_ident` is used in each of the locations that previously took the original pattern from the `ArgSource::AsyncFn`.
