Auto merge of #87743 - cuviper:opaque-calls, r=nikic

Prepare call/invoke for opaque pointers

Rather than relying on `getPointerElementType()` from LLVM function
pointers, we now pass the function type explicitly when building `call`
or `invoke` instructions.
