The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.
@the-kenny did a good job in the past and is set as maintainer in many package,
however since 2017-2018 he stopped contributing. To create less confusion
in pull requests when people try to request his feedback, I removed him as
maintainer from all packages.
There were two problems:
- because buildPhase is specified directly, preBuild ends up never being
executed; and
- the source is missing a header, resulting in an undefined reference error
