ZeroTierOne already vendors the dependencies for us, so there is no point in doing it twice. Unfortunately, the ZeroTierOne developers forgot to specify rust-jwt in the cargo configuration file, so we have to manually do that to allow it to work as intended.

Lots of packages are missing versions in their name. This adds them
where appropriate. These were found with this command:
$ nix-env -qa -f. | grep -v '\-[0-9A-Za-z.-_+]*$' | grep -v '^hook$'
See issue #41007.
Negative reasoning like `allBut` is a bad idea with an open world of
platforms. Concretely, if we add a new, quite different sort of
platform, existing packages with `allBut` will claim they work on it
even though they probably won't.
I've removed the trivial command in 4e72b61de.
I think `install -Dt "$out/bin"` is a better replacement anyway,
as it can be easily used to other directories than $out/bin.
/cc @ehmry who seems to maintain many packages with this usage.
(BTW, it would be better to have maintainer attribute same as github
username, as it makes pinging maintainers much easier.)
