Upstream Monit optionally uses OpenSSL to provide TLS support in its
builtin admin web server. Being able to turn off SSL in Nixpkgs'
monit derivation makes it much easier to build Monit on embedded
systems.
Security implication: if you choose not to build in openssl
then you should probably configure Monit to allow access only from
localhost.
In anticipation of what I outline in #33599, I only simplify exactly those
`doCheck`s which are equal to `hostPlatform != buildPlatform`. I also stick a
comment next to them so I can grep for them later.
* move bison/flex to nativeBuildInputs
* add patch to avoid use of undocumented glibc macro
* fix use of 'install -s' to avoid invoking 'strip' directly
In addition to updating to a more recent upstream version, this
installs the development signing keys and removes the separate
vbutil_* tools in favour of the single futility tool.
* Add setupHook for meson/ninja build
* libhttpseverywhere: Use meson/ninja setupHooks
* jamomacore: Remove superfluous ninja buildInput
* Remove obsolete ninja buildPhases
These are all handled by ninja's setup hook.
* lean2, xcbuild: fix build with ninja setup hook
Ninja is a runtime dependency here. However, cmake can generate Ninja
build files as well to satisfy the setup hook.

* pkgs: refactor needless quoting of homepage meta attribute
A lot of packages are needlessly quoting the homepage meta attribute
(about 1400, 22%), this commit refactors all of those instances.
