33afbf39f6 treewide: switch to nativeCheckInputs 
checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.

4a7f99d55d treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib;

meta = with stdenv.lib;

is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.

This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

91a9453496 pythonPackages.construct: Fix darwin build 
The package runs fine on darwin. Using pytest as a test runner also
resolves the checkPhase issue on Python 3.5+.
