ngrok 3 was released this morning. Changelog from v2 is here:

https://ngrok.com/docs/ngrok-agent/changelog

And a detailed upgrade guide is here:

https://ngrok.com/docs/guides/upgrade-v2-v3

Notably, arguments must now be double hyphens: `--token`. Previously,
single hyphens were accepted but those invocations will now error.

db59381a5d ngrok: 1.7.1 -> 2.2.8, added ngrok1 1.1.7
ngrok now releases a proprietary version (2.x). 1.1.7 can still be used
with a self-hosted ngrokd, but it won't work out of the box.

Therefore ngrok 2.2.8 is now the default for the `ngrok` package and
ngrok 1.1.7 can be installed using the `ngrok1` package.

da3ddd48e4 buildGoPackage: remove Go deps file libs.json
After #16017 there were a lot
of comments saying that `nix` would be better than `JSON`
for Go packages dependency sets.
As said in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/16017#issuecomment-229624046

    > Because of the content-addressable store, if two programs have the
    > same dependency it will already result in the same derivation in

This PR removes `libs.json` file and puts all package dependencies in
theirs `deps.json`.
