If kubernetes happens to spawn containers before flannel is ready, docker can't be restarted when flannel is ready because some containers are still running on the docker0 bridge with potentially different network addresses. Environment variables in `EnvironmentFile` override those defined via `Environment` in the systemd service config. Note that kde currently parses "/etc/man.conf" manually, if `$MANPATH` is not set, to build its man page index. If the TT-RSS installation upgrades itself to a newer version requiring a schema update, the installation will break the next time the TT-RSS systemd service is restarted.
