The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.
checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.
credslayer hasn't been updated since 2020 and is incompatible
with newer versions of pyshark. If the upstream issue gets fixed
the `broken` attribute can be removed.
