The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.

Whalebird distributes debs only for x86_64. but it distributes compiled .tar.bz2's
for x86_64 and aarch64. aarch64 support requires us to change the
build script to use these tarballs instead of the debs.
