treewide: add meta.mainProgram to packages with a single binary
...
The nixpkgs-unstable channel's programs.sqlite was used to identify
packages producing exactly one binary, and these automatically added
to their package definitions wherever possible.

freesweep: pull pending upstream inclusion fix for ncurses-6.3

Without the fix build on ncurses-6.3 fails as:
gpl.c:416:25: error: format not a string literal and no format arguments [-Werror=format-security]
416 | mvwprintw(GPLWin,CurrentY++,2,Messages[CurrentLine++]);

While at it also pull fix for tool chains that default to -fno-common.

treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib;

Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938
meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.
