checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.
Unfortunately the test suite fails on the 3.5 revision source, so although I've
kept the imports check, I've removed the rest of the tests as they simply fail
on 3.5 otherwise.
The `buildPython*` function computes name from `pname` and `version`.
This change removes `name` attribute from all expressions in
`pkgs/development/python-modules`.
While at it, some other minor changes were made as well, such as
replacing `fetchurl` calls with `fetchPypi`.
