Without the change alpine build on aarch64-linux fails due to missing
$target-gcc wrapper: https://hydra.nixos.org/build/219995705
checking whether the C compiler works... no
configure: error: in `/build/alpine':
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
There ver very many conflicts, basically all due to
name -> pname+version. Fortunately, almost everything was auto-resolved

as verified by the tarball job. There might be some fallback to these
conflicts, but I believe it should be minimal.
Hydra nixpkgs: ?compare=1538299
upstream unmaintained, doesn't build with openssl 1.1 and no recent
changes in nixpkgs, alpine from which this was forked seems to be
maintained and a superior choice.
