Some derivations may want to use gnome-keyring during their build, e.g.
for tests, but the wrapper for gnome-keyring-daemon not does not inside
the sandbox, so add an option to build without it. This will, at
least, be used in the upcoming bitwarden source-based build.
with structuredAttrs lists will be bash arrays which cannot be exported
which will be a issue with some patches and some wrappers like cc-wrapper
this makes it clearer that NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE must be a string as lists
in env cause a eval failure

libsoup2 symbols detected. Using libsoup2 and libsoup3 in the same process is not supported.

checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.
glib expression is messy enough as is.
Also rename the `glib-schema-to-var` argument to `schemaIdToVariableMapping` to better match Nixpkgs coding style.
