093e3b60d3 SDL2_image: refactor 
- internalize `darwin`
- reorder input set
  - new input: enableSdltest
- reorder buildInputs
- rewrite configureFlags
- get rid of nested with
- SDL team

Caution: can cause mass rebuilds.
