Guillaume Girol	33afbf39f6	treewide: switch to nativeCheckInputs ... checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. kilianar	df23b42a9a	udocker: fix build failure ... use_2to3 was removed from setuptools with version 58.0.0. There is an upstream issue for this error (https://github.com/indigo-dc/udocker/issues/358) and has been resolved with commit 9f7d6c5f9a. We apply this commit as a patch. Profpatsch	4a7f99d55d	treewide: with stdenv.lib; in meta -> with lib; ... Part of: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/108938 meta = with stdenv.lib; is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta field. This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the `lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t exist yet. The latest changes to support better cross-compilation compatibility have introduced a stricter handling of dependency specifications in python.
