GLib 2.76 started raising critical warnings for unhandled GTasks.
Since tests are failing on criticals to detect issues, they started to fail.

Let’s disable fatal-criticals until the issue is resolved.
checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.

* pkgs: refactor needless quoting of homepage meta attribute
A lot of packages are needlessly quoting the homepage meta attribute
(about 1400, 22%), this commit refactors all of those instances.
