Allows for distinction of licenses that are unfree overall but do grant the
right to redistribute. Defaults to the freeness of the license.
Note: Many unfree but are redistributable licenses aren't marked as such.
I expect that to be fixed in a distributed manner over time.

Usually we ensure using the mapAttrs call wrapping the license set that
every license has an associated shortName. A change related to legacy
aliases most likely introduced the removal of the shortName attribute
for all the legacy license names by splitting the set into two sets
connected by a record update operator -- leading to mapAttrs only
affecting the first set.
Since it used to be a valid assumption to have that every license had a
shortName attribute, we reintroduce this attribute for the legacy
aliases as well.
We recently switched to more explicit GPL license names in line
with the SPDX change and GNU Foundation recommendations:

This followed up older change to use the recommended SPDX ID
18a5e8c36b
but using the `-only` variant for these deprecated licenses too
makes it harder to check for them automatically.
Let’s switch to the appropriate SPDX ID again.
Jasper has been marked insecure for a while, and upstream has not
been responsive to CVEs for over a year.

The explicit URLs of agpl3Plus and gpl2Classpath were dropped because the
default SPDX URL is correct.
wxWindows ID had wrong capitalization.
AMD license agreement (currently unavailable at the given URL, but
included in tarball) disallows reverse-engineering, modification,
redistribution etc;
BSL licenses limit commercial production use.
This packags the Intel Math Kernel library on x86-64 platforms, which is a
dependency for many data science and machine learning packages.
Upstream, Intel provides proprietary binary RPMs with a permissive
redistribution license. These have been repackaged in both Debian and Anaconda,
so we are not the first distribution to redistribute.
The original build broke with the following linker issue:

This happens since `BOOST_PYTHON_LIB` wasn't set properly, however
`_PythonMagick.la` was linked with `-l$(BOOST_PYTHON_LIB)
$(MAGICK_LIBS)`. With an empty `BOOST_PYTHON_LIB` the linker got
confused.
To work around this, the `boost` library directory needs to be specified
explicitly. To ensure that the changes take effect, the original
`configure` script shipped with `$src` needs to be removed and recreated
using the `autoreconfHook`.
Additionally the `imagemagick` license (https://spdx.org/licenses/ImageMagick.html)
needs to be added to `lib/licenses.nix` to document the proper license
of `pythonmagick` in the meta section.
* The ELK stack is upgraded to 6.3.2.
* `elasticsearch6`, `logstash6` and `kibana6` now come with X-Pack which is
a suite of additional features. These are however licensed under the unfree
"Elastic License".
* Fortunately they also provide OSS versions which are now packaged
under: `elasticsearch6-oss`, `logstash6-oss` and `kibana6-oss`.
Note that the naming of the attributes is consistent with upstream.
* The test `nix-build nixos/tests/elk.nix -A ELK-6` will test the OSS
version by default. You can also run the test on the unfree ELK using:
`NIXPKGS_ALLOW_UNFREE=1 nix-build nixos/tests/elk.nix -A ELK-6 --arg enableUnfree true`
Uses the HTTPS url for cases where the existing URL has a permanent
redirect. For each domain, at least one fixed derivation URL was
downloaded to test the domain is properly serving downloads.
Also fixes jbake source URL, which was broken.
The license of CompCert is not a generic "INRIA" license. It is "INRIA Non-Commercial
Agreement for the CompCert verified compiler". As unfortunate as it may seem, this
is a non-free license (clearly mentioned as such in its preamble). See also #20256.
This does break the API of being able to import any lib file and get
its libs, however I'm not sure people did this.
I made this while exploring being able to swap out docFn with a stub
in #2305, to avoid functor performance problems. I don't know if that
is going to move forward (or if it is a problem or not,) but after
doing all this work figured I'd put it up anyway :)
Two notable advantages to this approach:
1. when a lib inherits another lib's functions, it doesn't
automatically get put in to the scope of lib
2. when a lib implements a new obscure functions, it doesn't
automatically get put in to the scope of lib
Using the test script (later in this commit) I got the following diff

The notion (not-ion) window manager [1], plus optional (defaulted to
true) Xft/pango support (via [2]). Defined a license (notion uses a
modified LGPL).
As per [3], changes:
1. renamed option from pango -> xft, better to reflect the actual
nature of the patch;
2. modified the patch to replace the postPatch changes to system-autodeteck.mk;
3. commited the patch to the nixpkgs repo;
4. removed 'fallbackFont' as an option. Use a sensible default, instead.

This allows licenses like the Amazon Software License to be identified
properly while still preventing packages with those licenses from
being distributed in the Nixpkgs/NixOS channels.
