29bf6c5ca5 kicad.libraries.packages3d: use stepreduce & stepZ 
this makes it buildable by hydra

stepreduce brings down closure size from 5.4G to 3.3G
zip brings it down from 3.3G to 1.6G (or 5.4G to 1.9G without reduce)

591ccfe5b9 treewide: noop: refer to src.name or similar where appropriate, part 3: more use cases 
This continues where d8f7f6a5ce left off. Similarly
to that commit, this commit this also points `sourceRoot`s to `src.name` and similar
instead of keeping hardcoded names, and edits other derivation attrs do do the same,
where appropriate.

Also, similarly to d8f7f6a5ce some of expressions this
edits use `srcs` attribute with customly-named sources, so they have to be moved
into `let` blocks to keep evaluation efficient (the other, worse, way to do this
would to recurcively refer to `elemAt n finalAttrs.srcs` or, similarly, with `rec`).

Bump `iverilog` to 12.0, fixing two build failures:

1. autoconf now picks up on the unwrapped `x86_64-unknown-gnu-gcc` in
   path that fails at configurePhase to link executables.
   See: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/21751
   fix/hack: define the `{CC,CXX}_FOR_BUILD` variables.
2. buildPhase generates a `-Werror=format-security` error. Backport
   the the upstream patch that fixed the warning very shortly after the
   release was cut.

And in the process,

- use post-install tests from `.github/test.sh` and as a result,
  remove the now unneeded clone of `ivtest`
- un-pin the verilog autoconf version

af92bfe9b3 gerbv: 2.7.0 -> 2.9.6, switch to the maintained fork 
The current 2.7.0 has a bunch of known vulnerabilities
(CVE-2021-40391, CVE-2021-40393, CVE-2021-40394, CVE-2021-40400, CVE-2021-40401, CVE-2021-40402 and CVE-2021-40403)
and is not maintained upstream.

A forked repository exists and is maintained. Debian/Ubuntu, Fedora and Homebrew have switched to it.

b1cb42d3b7 cppzmq: make zeromq propagatedBuildInput 
cppzmq is a header-only library. As such, it is not much useful
without zeromq, whose headers it includes. By having zeromq in
propagatedBuildInputs, we can simplify dependent expressions.

This change is motivated by
https://github.com/lopsided98/nix-ros-overlay/issues/255#issuecomment-1487590226.
The expressions in nix-ros-overlay are automatically generated and
since packages in other distributions where ROS runs need not to
explicitly depend on zeromq, the Nix expression should behave the
same. This way, nix-ros-overlay will not to have manually
patch/overlay the automatically generated expressions.

f9fdf2d402 treewide: move NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE to the env attrset 
with structuredAttrs lists will be bash arrays which cannot be exported
which will be a issue with some patches and some wrappers like cc-wrapper

this makes it clearer that NIX_CFLAGS_COMPILE must be a string as lists
in env cause a eval failure

33afbf39f6 treewide: switch to nativeCheckInputs 
checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.

Since the default jdk changed to jdk19, DataExplorer fails at startup:

```console
$ ./result/bin/DataExplorer
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot read field "width" because the return value of "gde.config.Settings.getWindow()" is null
	at gde.ui.DataExplorer.execute(DataExplorer.java:406)
	at gde.GDE.main(GDE.java:544)
```

Therefore, pin to jdk17, which is also the latest recommended version by
upstream:

> The only requirement is the installation of a Java run-time of version
> 8 to Java 17 for the 32 bit versions and Java 11 to 17 for the 64 bit
> versions, such as IcedTea or open JDK.

  which allows re-enabling tests as a whole on unstable
  there is a patch for this, but it still fails with something else...

  and remove ngspice workaround that doesn't work anymore

4cbba917e0 dataexplorer: 3.6.2 -> 3.7.3 
In v3.7.1, the `file.encoding=UTF-8` setting has been moved into the
application itself. It is not needed any more to pass it via the `java`
command line.

The program builds incorrectly for non-x86_64-linux platforms, although
they should be supported. Until the issue is understood and can be
fixed, declare support for only the x86_64-linux platform.
