Update wg-quick.nix such that a search for `WireGuard` in the `NixOS Options` section of search.nixos.org brings up the convenient `networking.wg-quick.interfaces.wg0.configFile` option.
the conversion procedure is simple:
- find all things that look like options, ie calls to either `mkOption`
or `lib.mkOption` that take an attrset. remember the attrset as the
option
- for all options, find a `description` attribute who's value is not a
call to `mdDoc` or `lib.mdDoc`
- textually convert the entire value of the attribute to MD with a few
simple regexes (the set from mdize-module.sh)
- if the change produced a change in the manual output, discard
- if the change kept the manual unchanged, add some text to the
description to make sure we've actually found an option. if the
manual changes this time, keep the converted description
this procedure converts 80% of nixos options to markdown. around 2000
options remain to be inspected, but most of those fail the "does not
change the manual output check": currently the MD conversion process
does not faithfully convert docbook tags like <code> and <package>, so
any option using such tags will not be converted at all.
Use `networking.resolvconf.package` to allow DNS entries to be set using
the system-wide resolver implementation instead of hardcoding systemd or
openresolv.
Extend the tests by adding DNS entries and making one of the peers use
systemd-networkd (hence systemd-resolved).
Also add a few `networkd`-specific settings.
This adds the option `networking.wg-quick.interfaces.<name>.autostart`, which defaults to `true`, which is the previous behavior. With this option set to `false`, the systemd-unit will no longer be set to `wantedBy = [ "multi-user.target" ]` and therefore the tunnel has to be enabled/disabled via `systemctl start/stop wg-quick-<name>`.

Build error introduced in fe7053f75a:
parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: commmand line 6139 and command

Writing "command" with only two "m" fixes building the NixOS manual.

This is an implementation of wireguard support using wg-quick config
generation.
This seems preferrable to the existing wireguard support because
it handles many more routing and resolvconf edge cases than the
current wireguard support.
It also includes work-arounds to make key files work.
This has one quirk:
We need to set reverse path checking in the firewall to false because
it interferes with the way wg-quick sets up its routing.
