We are migrating packages that meet below requirements:
1. using `callPackage`
2. called path is a directory
3. overriding set is empty (`{ }`)
4. not containing path expressions other than relative path (to
makenixpkgs-vet happy)
5. not referenced by nix files outside of the directory, other
than`pkgs/top-level/all-packages.nix`
6. not referencing nix files outside of the directory
7. not referencing `default.nix` (since it's changed to `package.nix`)
8. `outPath` doesn't change after migration

Another year, another exhausting undermoderated thread full of people
arguing against being an inclusive community, tone policing and denying
that discriminatory behaviour even exists.
This clearly isn't getting any better and I'm embarrassed that I stayed
around for this long. I can't continue to lend my name to such a
project.
v6 is vulnerable to a number of vulnerabiliites:
* CVE-2021-29429, affecting confidentiality
* CVE-2021-29427, affecting confidentiality and can lead to dependency poisoning
* CVE-2021-29428, a privilege escalation involving the temp dir
* CVE-2021-32751, arbitrary code execution
Apply patch to run unit/lit tests in checkPhase instead of buildPhase.
Move test dependencies to nativeCheckInputs/checkInputs. Use finalAttrs
to make doCheck overridable. Disable failings tests from lit test suite.
Bump to 3.1.5 and switch from protobuf_25 to protobuf, since upstream
3.1.4 has a patch that fixed previously encountered build failures.
Drop stale patch for functional tests that aren't run anyway.
Next patches reenable tests.
