Mint no longer ships qt5ct since Mint 22 and no longer ships a
qt5ct.conf in Mint 22.1. Following their changes I think we will
also drop our override and delegate the decision to user. Also
the gtk2 platform theme actually depends on gtk2.

It was brought up that the restricted file-system access breaks
tablespaces[1]. I'd argue that this is the desired behavior, the whole
point of the hardening is the lock the service down and I don't consider
tablespaces common enough to elevate privileges again. Especially since
the workaround is trivial as shown in the diff.
For completeness sake, this adds the necessary `ReadWritePaths` change
to the postgresql section of the manual.
This also adds a small correction about the state of
`ensurePermissions`.

nixos: add option hardware.enableAllHardware

This allows users to simply enable support for all hardware by enabling the option `hardware.enableAllHardware`, instead of having to import `modules/profiles/all-hardware.nix`.
This is better, as the enableAllHardware option will be discoverable via search.nixos.org, while the `all-hardware.nix` is hidden inside nixpkgs and hard to discover.
Backward compatibility is provided by replacing the old `profiles/all-hardware.nix` with a file that sets the `enableAllHardware` option to true.
