9917c35480 xidlehook: fix build by migrating off legacy fetchCargo
Currently broken; see #79975 for details. Would also be fixed by #80153
eventually, but since we want to upgrade either way we might as well do so now.

eb11feaa0b treewide: change fetchCargoTarball default to opt-out
Changes the default fetcher in the Rust Platform to be the newer
`fetchCargoTarball`, and changes every application using the current default to
instead opt out.

This commit does not change any hashes or cause any rebuilds. Once integrated,
we will start deleting the opt-outs and recomputing hashes.

See #79975 for details.

3cd8ce3bce treewide: Fix unsafe concatenation of $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Naive concatenation of $LD_LIBRARY_PATH can result in an empty
colon-delimited segment; this tells glibc to load libraries from the
current directory, which is definitely wrong, and may be a security
vulnerability if the current directory is untrusted. (See #67234, for
example.) Fix this throughout the tree.

1451a52a38 Remove myself (fuuzetsu) from maintainer lists
I haven't been doing any maintenance for a long time now and not only
do I get notified, it also creates a fake impression that all these
packages had at least one maintainer when in practice they had none.

1e2ae6d818 xdg-utils: fix reference to mimetype
Before this change, xdg-open would impurely look up mimetype in the PATH. While
it would fall back to file if not found, mimetype gives decidedly better output
(e.g. text/csv instead of just text/plain).
