MusE: add new package at version 3.0.2 (#42544)

* muse: init at version 3.0.2

Added MusE; an application for working with midi. Allowing recording
from midi instruments, playback and editing of midi files.

* muse: remove unnecessary dependencies

-builds and works just fine without listing these

* Use fetchFromGitHub and add sha256
