nixos/i3: add updateSessionEnvironment option

Browse Source 
Runs dbus-update-activation-environment and systemctl import-environment on session start
to ensure xdg portals work, and user services have correct PATH / XDG env vars.
Matches behavior of Plasma/Gnome sessions.
