openjdk/bootstrap: add zlib to bootstrap JDK RPATH

./bin/java now apparently requires zlib.so, otherwise the whole
thing is busted. This is even required in the minimal configuration.

Unfortunately this impiles a rebuild of *all* OpenJDK packages and
their downstream dependencies.
