* Allow the location of Nixpkgs to be specified through $NIXPKGS.

Browse Source 
* $NIXOS_NO_PULL: changed to $NIXOS_PULL (which should be set to "0"
  to disable pulling).
* New variable $NIXOS_BUILD_NIX, which can be set to "0" to disable
  building nixUnstable from Nixpkgs.
