hashcat: fix darwin build

use libc++ libc++abi, not libstdc++, when stdenv.cc.libcxx is non null

MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET is defined by the environment, comment out the
definition in the Makefile as it breaks the c++ build.
