On non-NixOS systems, the default `nix` install does not populate the `$XDG_DATA_DIRS`. This populates it and enables things like bash-completion and `.desktop` file detection for `nix` profile installed packages. Signed-off-by: Ana Hobden <operator@hoverbear.org>
