Naïm Favier	1cba5984a6	getDefaultNixPath: actually respect {restrict,pure}-eval ... Previously, getDefaultNixPath was called too early: at initialisation time, before CLI and config have been processed, when `restrictEval` and `pureEval` both have their default value `false`.
