Add LICENSE files for the MIT and Apache 2.0 licenses, and rename
LICENSE-ZLIB.md to just LICENSE-ZLIB. This allows the cargo-lichking
tool to automatically detect these files and create bundled 3rdparty
license files for crates using bytemuck.
